- As per the agreement signed between Sri Lanka and Brazil, holders of diplomatic, official or service passports can enter each other’s territory without visa. Accordingly, diplomatic and official passport holders attached to the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Brazil and the Embassy of Brazil in Sri Lanka can stay without visa for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of entry into the territory of each country.
